Brett Sandusky is a Principal TPM, currently leading AI adoption across Amazon Stores as part of the StoreGen team. He owns an S-team goal to drive 3x acceleration for over 2,000 teams and an AI Champions program intended to grow expertise in AI-native practices across Amazon Stores organizations. Previously, Brett led customer engagement, operational resilience, and managed growth for BuilderWorks' front-end rendering platforms and served as Principal TPM for the Internal Transfers program in PXT.
He is passionate about multiplying impact through mentorship and helping organizations build the muscle to ship faster with less risk. Prior to joining Amazon in 2022, Brett worked in product, program, and engineering management roles for over 15 years in the EdTech, publishing, and advertising industries. He is based in Seattle and loves hiking, foraging, kayaking, and taking advantage of the beautiful outdoors of the Pacific Northwest.
